Authentic Italian in less than 10 minutes!!

WANT THIS?



All you need is this:
 
1 box of rotini
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded cheese
and 1 bell pepper

*balsamic vinegar to taste


Directions:

1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
2. Dice pepper into little bite sized pieces. (depending on whether you like the crispy taste of raw peppers or not, you can always add them in with the boiling pasta to soften them up.)

3. When noodles are done, drain them and then add in the can of tomatoes, peppers and 2 cups of shredded cheese. You can use mozzarella, and Italian blend, or shredded parmesan cheese. (the parmesan is my personal fave ;)

4. Then you drizzle a bit of balsamic vinegar on top and mix it all together. (if you prefer it without, go ahead and skip the vinegar)

MAGNIFIC!!

I got this recipe from my husband's cousin who went to Italy on his mission. Who knew that Italian food could be so easy?
